February 26, 2019 – Helena, MT and Chicago, IL – Montana’s largest provider of workers’ compensation insurance, Montana State Fund (MSF), is partnering with Rising Medical Solutions (Rising), a national managed care company, to administer its medical bill repricing and provider payment program. After awarding its program to Rising, the partnership became operational in January of 2019.
“Our companies’ shared values around customer-centric service delivery, including injured workers, led to their selection,” says Michele Fairclough, Director of Medical Services for Montana State Fund.
Rising echoes that sentiment. “Our partnership is rooted in a people-culture fit,” says CEO Jason Beans. “When two foundationally aligned companies come together, customer goals and program success can be achieved far more quickly. We could not be more pleased with how this collaboration is starting.”
Rising’s medical bill review solution will allow MSF to:
- Expedite bill processing and provider payment timeframes
- Streamline processes through technology automations and web tools
- Increase claims professionals’ focus on core operations and customer needs
- Leverage a continuous improvement process through data intelligence and transparency
